On what date did your APPLY for your spouse visa?

What are the valid from and valid to dates?

What is your full immigration history?

It will be a 2. 5 year extension.

English A1 test required from approved list of test providers, link below.

https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... uage-tests

Immigration health surcharge is £500 for the 2.5 year extension.

You have to submit proof of English again and HO will only accept tests that are on the list in the link I have provided.

The rest of my advice is correct and still stands.

FLR(M) will be extended for 2.5 years now.

What about this on flr form section 8 (
If you sat an English language test before 6 April 2015 you will not have a SELT unique electronic reference number. You may still be able to use your test with this application but only if it was accepted as part of a successful previous partner or parent application. See section 21e) of the FLR(M) guidance notes.

Note the word 'may' in the second sentence.

HO might ask you for a more updated or relevant English test, they might not.
