Spouse application

Hi,

I needed help in making a spouse application. this is an application for my aunt. who came into this country on a visit visa but then applied for a roa application because her father was a british citizen. She was granted roa after four years. she now wants to apply for a visa for her two twin children and her spouse. she has been looking after her sister in law free. now she applied for carers allowance. she lives with her and pays no rent because its a freehold property. theres two empty rooms in the property. my question is how do i make an application and what supporting documents do i submit. keeping in mind that she would get her first payment this month, how many month bank statement does she need to provide.

She is indeed exempte from the financial requierement but she will need to meet requirement for
adequate maintenance and a requirement for ‘adequate’ accommodation.
