FLR (M) Application Details

Can you please help me with the below or point me to a thread that already deals with this request?

My status
Applied for ILR in 2013 and received it in October 2013
Applied for Naturalization in September 2014 and received it in November 2014

My wife status
Applied for her visa to join me in the UK in July 2014
She joined me in UK in August 2014
She is in a spouse dependent visa for 2.5 years finishing March 2017

Is she has to extend the visa using the FLR (M) option can you please advise what necessary documents I and she need to provide? Is it the same as what was provided for her original application?

Form FLR(M) lists what is required (page 62/63 I think) and yes, you have to meet ALL the same requirements again and submit the same (newer) documents again, including 2 years proof of cohabitation documents.

Can you please help provide feedback on an urgent query?

As mentioned above my wife came on a spouse dependent visa - can you please advise where i can find her biometric number? Her visa is stamped on the passport and she dint get a separate biometric card.

Also she has been in and out of the country multiple times but never been asked for a biometric card.

Please let me know

You don't need one if she has the visa in her passport.

For the FLR (M) application it is asking for a biometric update section. Should that section be left blank then??

Which question number are you referring to?

If you have answered 'no' to question 9.1, then follow the process to question 9.12 and answer what it is asking. It is very clear what the question is asking.
