Been over 15 weeks, application still ongoing

On 5th Jan 2016, I posted my application along with pertinent documents.

On 12 Jan 2016, I received a letter from HO requiring me to enrol my biometric data at near post office. And I did so.

On 30 January 2016, I received a letter from HO saying that my application won't be decided within 8 weeks, this is because my application raises exceptionally complex issues and you require further time to consider my case thoroughly and reach a decision.However, the letter did not mention anything regarding why my application is complicated.

The supporting documents I enclosed together with my application form and checklist are:
- my valid passport
- 2 passport photos
- my police registration certificate
- the official academic letter from University to prove my level of qualification

On 15 March 2016, I received another letter from HO saying they are sorry for the delay of my decision, but still, they did not mention why my case raises “unexceptional complex”.

And on 30 March 2016, HO sent me another letter saying the relevant caseworkers are processing my case as soon as possible.

This is RIDICULOUS! I am still waiting, did anyone encounter this situation before?!!

So frustrating, I did everything to enquiry: phone calls, posting letters, e-mails. But nothing changed, and they say they are processing my case ASAP, that sounds so fake.

Most likely reason is that the Sponsor is subject to investigation?
Have you checked to see if they are still on the register?

I applied around 28th of Jan.

Did my Bio on 23rd Feb..Got an exceptionally complex cased on 8th Feb.

Still no response.

Yes I checked, my sponsor is for sure subject to the register list, and here they are still let me wait. The thing is, when I wrote to them asking why my case is complex, they can't even figure out the reason why, but it was them who claimed my case is complex in the first place.

I have no idea now, can't do nothing but to wait.

I now basically call the helpline everyday, and they all response me that my case is still ongoing at the moment. Today I called, and still, the same. (cry)
