There's a setting in the UCP for: Board preferences | Edit posting defaults | Notify me upon replies by default:Sas Sam wrote:I'm already subscriber of this topic as well as all others where I posted any answer in the past. But it doesn't help. It seems to me after a while if you are not coming back and sign in you won't get email alert either.
Thanks! I've turned it on.noajthan wrote:There's a setting in the UCP for: Board preferences | Edit posting defaults | Notify me upon replies by default:Sas Sam wrote:I'm already subscriber of this topic as well as all others where I posted any answer in the past. Do you know what happened to your case in April 2015 that was significant enough to be recorded in the HO CID or similar databank?Sas Sam wrote:OK, here it is the latest news...
...
So it happened to me as well and the guy get the answer from the HO that my PR status dated back to 04/2015 only. He didn't know the reason when I asked it. So it means the earliest time when I can apply is this year April. Doesn't matter I'm EEA national and I can prove my legal residence status since 2008 with payslips, P60s, etc.
...
So I have to wait few months, again. And the form will change, again. And I have to ask my referees to fill it in, again. And I have to pay the NCS fee, again. It's a good game...
Definitely nothing what I know about. I did not change my job, I did not move to anywhere, nothing is happened around that date. I've started the whole official process in 10/2015. Before that date I've just did the language exam, and the Life in the UK test.noajthan wrote:Do you know what happened to your case in April 2015 that was significant enough to be recorded in the HO CID or similar databank?
The issue date of the PR card is end of 11/2015. I've sent evidences (P60, P45, payslips, bank statements, utility bills, etc.) about my last seven years (2008), since I've been living and working in the UK.ohara wrote:@Sas Sam: what is the date of issue on your PR card and for what period did you give provide evidence when you applied for it?
Is it the relevant document what I should send to get these informations?ohara wrote:Might be worth submitting a subject access request to UKVI to see exactly what information they hold on you. That might reveal why they have you down as acquiring PR on that date.
Have you got biometric enrollment letter yet? If so, how long did it take to get it after when you sent the application? Because my application has been sent on 04/04, the HO received it on 06/04 but I still didn't get anything from them. The money still not gone from my account, biometric letter didn't arrive, information letter from HO didn't arrive (about they got my application and they started the process). So nothing yet and I'm getting worried. Usually the people here get these stuff after 10 days as per what I can see on timeline, but for me it's already 15 days and nothing happened yet.Anusia wrote:Hi SamSam,
Thanks for your news! Fingers crossed!
I have also sent my application on 14th March via NCS.
They have called Home Office to make sure if late registration doesn't affect my good character requirement.
I'll keep you informed about how my application goes.
Thanks
Anusia
@Sas Sam, steady Sam - just breathe and hold your nerve.Sas Sam wrote:The money still not gone from my account, biometric letter didn't arrive, information letter from HO didn't arrive (about they got my application and they started the process). Thank you for your answer! I see and understand it, so I wait and hope my application's process will start soon then...ohara wrote:If you look at the timeline threads and the rest of this forum, you'll see the multitude of people who have not had their payment taken yet. There is clearly a serious backlog at the moment, most likely due to the fee increase in March and all of the EEA citizens rushing applications in before the referendum.
My payment was taken after 10 days. One user on here just has his payment taken after 4 weeks.
The payments are taken in batches and can take up to 6 weeks to process. The acknowledgement and biometric letters are usually sent out the same day that the payment clears, and can themselves take a few days to arrive.

Hold the line.
Hey Anusia,Anusia wrote:Hi SamSam,
It took them 1 month to send the letter with biometric requests to me. They taken money from my account after I have done biometric in my post office.
Thanks
Anusia
Congratulations! It's a really good news! As I see the timelines from March the results of the April's applications will come at some point in beginning of July if we are lucky.Anusia wrote:Dear SamSam and everyone interested,
Just let you know I received letter from Home Office confirming my application was successful last week
