EC - Is immovable property enough?

EC - Is immovable property enough?

Hello Friends,
I have some doubts for showing our assets for EC, is it compulsory that i need to show liquid cash in balance or can we show Immovable property in my name (Land,Car) and small amount aroud 50K in Bank as balance...
Please do guide will be of great help.

Liquid cash of 3.5 lakh rupees (INR) is always better. I would suggest you take a personal loan of 3L. I have seen many members in this forum doe this.

Can we put these amounts into English please? 50K ? 50K what?

3.5 lakh rupees? In pounds, how much is that?

rupee 3.5 lakhs = £4400 approx

OK, thanks for that, but why that amount? And surely the amount needed would vary. For example, if someone already has a job to go to then clearly the amount of ready cash they would need would be lower.
