Tier 1 dependent child over 18 years old

Post by VFF » Sat Apr 23, 2016 1:04 pm

Hi

My friend has got the ILR approved yesterday and she is confused whether she can make an application for her son (20 years old) under FLR (M) or tier 1 dependent or Other??? He is currently doing Graduation in a University.

He got the dependent visa from 2013 only and he was below 20 years at that time so we are unsure which application he needs to apply as his current dependent visa is expiring on 26th April. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

He may extend his leave as a PBS dependant (319H(c) and 319H(d)).
