Tier 2 Dependant, but you both need to be divorced or widowed I fear. Also you need two years proof of living together in a relationship akin to marriage.Kutty wrote:Hi all, I am Indian single parent, separated. I am joining a A rated company by next month. I am on tier 2 sponsorship visa. I would like to take my partner with me whom I am going to marry within a year. He is also separated. Financially I can support him with my salary. Later I will take my son post this academic. Which visa will be right for my partner and what are the documents required. Please advice me.
No. Tier 2 Dependent is for partner or spouse, not a 'friend'.Kutty wrote:Can I sponsor him as a friend?
Be aware a visit of several months is tantamount to residing.Kutty wrote:He can come along with me on visit visa right? I do not want to go alone at least for initial few months, later he can leave according to the rules, I believe that by then we will get our divorce papers done. What is the eligibility for visit visa and possibilities to get it.
Haven't you discussed salary with your prospective employer? What 'allowances' do you have in mind? Allowances provided by the employer?Kutty wrote:My employer has applied for sponsorship licence on 4th Apr, when could they receive the license? What would be the approximate expense for a person in chesterfield? With 6 yrs experience as administrator what could be the salary I expect from my employer and what ARE the allowances usually provided in U.K..
Have they done the Resident Labour Market Test?Kutty wrote:My employer has applied for sponsorship licence on 4th Apr, when could they receive the license? Are you a specialist type of administrator?Kutty wrote:My employer has applied for sponsorship licence on 4th Apr, when could they receive the license? Hang on, so they don't even have a licence to sponsor yet? Seems like the gun is being jumped here, if they get the licence, they have to conduct a local labour test to prove no local or EU person is suitable for the role, and one would assume there are plenty of admin folks about looking for jobs, especially in the North.Kutty wrote:My employer has applied for sponsorship licence on 4th Apr, when could they receive the license? As Wanderer has posted above, your admin/management skills don't appear on the shortage list and I would be astounded if the employer was unable to fill the post with an UK/EU applicant.Wanderer wrote:Hang on, so they don't even have a licence to sponsor yet? Can you give us more details?
In UK you can expect a salary. Out of that you would pay living and housing costs.Kutty wrote:...
Yes. They frequently recruit people from India. In terms of my experience, I have experience of running a complete inbound and outbound customer care for around 4 years, administrating it completely. And also posses good computer skills and have been reporting my boss. So now seeking a role of admin, manager or Secretary since I am experienced all those roles.
Allowances means house rent allowance etc.,
@Kutty It would be wise to heed this advice.Frontier Mole wrote:Putting it bluntly the role you are expecting does not qualify for NQF6 so whatever is happening is not within the Sponsor Duties.
This is not going to end well.

You say you "are joining" a A rated company. If you are, you don't even know what salary & allowances they have offered you for the job!!!!Kutty wrote: With 6 yrs experience as administrator what could be the salary I expect from my employer and what ARE the allowances usually provided in U.K.
Which means you neither have a job nor a sponsorship yet!Kutty wrote:I badly require a job in uk
