Hello Gunjan Bhai ji,

I also wanted to send additional documents in favour of my HSMP application before any decision is made. I mean to say before it reaches in the hands of case worker.

One thing more Gunjan Bhai post me your mobile number to my Personal box so that we can talk together. or to the email

udoma@ hotmail.com

In this regard I phoned to the HO in Sheffield and the lady officer told me to post the originals to the following address:

HSMP
P.O.BOX- 3468
Sheffield
UK

Now I am also very much confused where to send the additional original documents so that it reaches the right place.

In this regard I request the moderators or any other experienced person to guide me well.

Regards,

Why don't you email at HSMP.Workpermits@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and ask them update all of us with what they say. They replied to my email within 24hrs.

In future, for everyone Plz use this address for sending additional documents

Also i request MODERATORS to post this address in "STICKY: Consolidated Helpful Posts"

Now the problem is, I waited and waited....... and preventing to happen something wrong, i mailed my doc's on 3rd Jan 05 to below mentioned address

HSMP Team

Home Office
Level 4
Milton House
Charter Row
Sheffield

Thanks gunjans,
the information is very useful.

I hope your documents can find their way to the proper destination.
After all it is a HO address.
Good Luck!

gunjans, i sent my additional materials (this was back in oct) to the Level 4, Milton House address and it was received. No problem. if you want to confirm receipt, you should email your caseworker directly (person who asked for additional materials).

firstname. lastname @ ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

the PO Box address will work fine if you use the post office. but i used Fedex and they don't deliver to PO boxes (need someone to sign) as far as i know.

Thanks a lot BANI for replying and giving me some satisfaction but one more thing.

These additional doc's were not asked by HO or any case worker rather i have send it on my own because my earlier experience letter was not containing Roles and resposibilites of mine.

So does it make any difference NOW or is it OK.

TIA,
somewhat relieved Gunjan.

Ok friend.
I heard they opened a new office to meet the over flooded requirement and that caused the confusion.

Level4 and Level3 are the old addresses and they still accept the documents.

So, nothing to worry.

Gunjan....you can relax now.

hi gunjans. if you don't have a caseworker yet, you can email HSMP.Workpermits@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk

but they will take a long time to reply. anyway, the address you used is fine.

Hi Gunjan Bhai,
\There is no problem. I also sent my additional docs to Milton house address S1 4NX.

The DHL does not deliver to a PO bo address. Tther is absolutely no problem. The case workeres are good people. They link the docs to proper destination.

Today I will phone to the Ho and request them about receipt and combine with those sent earlier.

Thanks.

I think we all should be ok for the aditional documents. Here's the response I got today from HO:

Dear applicant

The postal address for sending us additional information is P.O.Box 3468,
Sheffield. If you are sending your information by courier then it will have
to be delivered to : Via Foundry House, 3 Millsands, Riverside Exchange,
Sheffield.

My application has been recieved today by HO in Doncaster. They have not yet given me a reference number or charged my card. I'd like to send one additional document. When should i do it? Should I wait for a reference number before sending the document?
