Flr m Application form help

Post by visionist » Sun Apr 10, 2016 9:42 pm

My wife is on a spouse visa. She is going to apply her spouse visa extension under flr m. There is question in the form

6.21 - have you lived with your sponsor since your marriage or civil partnership.
We lived together for a month after our marriage.
then I came back to UK. Then my wife joined me in the UK after one and half year. Should I answer Yes or no?

FLR(M) - 2.3

Post by visionist » Mon Apr 11, 2016 2:27 pm

My wife is on a spouse visa. Initially she got 2 years and 9 months visa from Pakistan. Now She is going to apply her spouse visa extension under FLR(M). There is a following question in the form:

2.3 Please indicate what stage of extension of leave you are applying for or why you are choosing to extend your current leave in one of the above categories.

a - First period of leave to remain (following an initial period of entry clearance as a partner of a settled person, or following an initial period of entry clearance as a fiancé(e) or proposed civil partner of a settled person - 6 months)

b- Second period of leave to remain (following initial grant of leave to remain).

WHICH OPTION I NEED TO CHOOSE?

It is not necessary to start a new topic with each question you have on the same application. Please keep your questions in this topic.

Flr m 6.8

Post by visionist » Mon Apr 25, 2016 10:00 pm

6.8 Add all addresses you and your sponsor have lived at in the 2 years preceding this
application if you have lived at your current address with your sponsor for less than 2 years.

My wife joined me 2.5 years ago and since then we are living at the same address . Do we need to to our current address?

I have Pakistan and British nationalities. What should I write for the following questions?

3.3: nationality - please indicate if your sponsor has dual nationality or if they have ever held any other nationality or nationalities
3.4: please provide the details of any other nationality your sponsor hold

Answer with exactly what they are asking for. It isn't a trick question.

All you pple who have just applied for FLR m
How much did you pay for the NHS charge ?
will that cover you all the way to ILR by which time you will have been in uK for 5 years?
Pls post your experiences here.
what did you have to pay particular attention to in your application ?
what did you include in your file ?
did you have any further queries on your case ?
i think the fee is just over £ 800 is that right ?

Thank you

@vinuk are you questioning members in depth for your own interest, or do you have advice to offer? :|
