As per my knowledge, we just need to prove that Business is established in UK and this can be any UK address.
Can anyone else comment on this please
If they are already working full time elsewhere, you cannot do it.pichas wrote:Hi,
So if there is no restrictions, then can we employee someone on full time even he is already working full time somewhrere. (working 2 full time jobs)
Please correct me if I'm wrong
Thanks
Yes, you can hire someone on a part time basis as long as they do not work full time elsewhere.pichas wrote:Hi,
Thanks as usual for quick response. But what about someone working as part time then?
Thanks

This has nothing to do with immigration rules. Technically you can hire someone as full time who already works elsewhere but most people only work a full time job of 40-50 hours a week.Sar78 wrote:Zimba,
The guidance does not say anywhere that you cannot hire someone working elsewhere part-time or full-time.
It is entirely possible that your employee works for you for, say, 30 hours during the week and 10 hours over the weekend for some other employer.
No, there is not a problem.irana2015 wrote:Hi,
Is this really an issue with the BR code as I had one employee who worked 6 months full time for me on BR code.
Should this be an issue at the time of extension?

You better send all the accounts since you invested.aby00156 wrote:Hi all,
I have invested money in 3 years in 3 installments.
For Extension do I have to submit the Un-audited accounts for all 3 years or only 3rd / final year un-audited accounts are enough.
The reason I am asking is that My third year accounts show the that Directors loan is 50K.
