Hello All members,

I have to apply for ILR in June 2016. I am thinking to decide whether i should apply by post or by PEO. Can you please advise at looking my available info. My background is as under:

Got Tier-1 Gen. initial stamped on 13 June 2011
Tier-1 Gen. extension granted on 28 June 2013 and valid til 28 June 2016.
I will apply on the basis of 5 Years after 13 June 2016.
In 2011 for Tier 1 Gen. Initial, i showed 50,000 Dividend income to home office as a Director of a Limited Co. and paid full income tax on this dividend til July 2012.
In 2013 for Tier 1 Gen. Extension, I again showed Dividend income of around 61,000 and paid full income tax on it by July 2014.
I have my last Five Years (2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015) SA302 on hand which show all self assessment income declared to HMRC.
Passed my Life in the UK Test in December 2014.
I have my Masters Degree attained in the UK.

My Wife will also apply with me as my Dependent at the same time. She came in the UK on 23 August, 2010. She has currently the same Tier1 Gen. Dependent Visa from 2011 and 2013 extended with me.

She Passed her Life in the UK Test in Jan. 2015
She Passed IELTS Life Skills - B1 Speaking and Listening in Sep. 2015
Only Problem with her is: she did pass and use TOEIC test certificate genuinely on her last extension in June 2013.

Can you please advise us that what way we have to apply and what are the chances of success for us?

Kind regards
