ILR - foreign earnings calculations

Post by Moore » Mon May 02, 2016 11:54 am

Hi,
I work for a MNC and get paid in my home country as well as in UK. Hence i need advice on how to show the earnings in my home country while applying for ILR? During Tier 1 (General) application we used to have a guidance document which clealry explained the process and from which website we need to use the exchange rates etc.. but for ILR I dont see this been given. Request any advice urgently as I have my appointment on 09May.

regards,
Ram

I wouldn't go to the PEO in these circumstances, it's a taxation nightmare, you'll need to ensure the relevent UK has been paid or foreign earnings.

Hello Ram,

Good morning. How did your application go seeing that you said that you were applying on the 9th of May. Can you please provide me with an update as I am in the same scenario as you and my application is in less than 2 months from today.

Please your response will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
