Wrong SIC code in Annual Accounts

Dear Members,

My extension is due in June 2016. I just noticed that my accountant has been using wrong SIC code. He was using "47300 - Retail sale of automotive fuel in specialised stores" where as I am in construction business since the beginning of my visa and he was aware of that.

can someone kindly let me know if that affects visa extension?

This is NOT really an immigration related question.
You probably meant the SIC on Annual Returns not annual accounts which has no bearing on your immigration decision. Ask your accountant to fix it or get a better accountant.

I don't think it should cause any problems as SIC code can be updated at any time online in matter of 3 minutes via submitting company return (basically confirming company's and officers' details) online. If you are warring too much about it I would ask the accountant to change it as soon as possible and mention it in the covering letter to Home Office when submitting the application.
