Hi Casa.
My wife will probably pass English test but she is struggling life in the UK. If she is unable to pass either exam by the time of ILR (June 16) then which form I shall complete it? Will it be FLR or ILR? She is on dependent visa and been in UK since 2009. Please correct me if I am wrong. I think she will get 2 years leave under ILR category

FLR(M).

She'll get leave under the same terms, i.e. FLR. And don't forget the IHS surcharge....

FLR(M).

Note: If she switches to FLR (M) ie., spouse of ILR holder, her ILR clock will get reset and she will have to spend 5 years to qualify for ILR again.

In your earlier posts you have made 2 contradictory statements, quoted below:

What is your current status? Is she on a PBS dependent visa ?

If she has been here since 2009 on a dependent visa she will qualify to apply for her ILR along with you.
If she has been here only 1 year, she will need to complete 4 more years before she can be eligible for her ILR. Switching to FLR(M) will reset her ILR clock altogether.

I am on PBS and will apply for ILR in June 2016 on the basis of 5 years residence although I will be eligible for 10 years long residency in Sep 2016 but my visa is till June 2016.

If she has had continuous leave since 2011 and meets the KoLL requirement, she should!
No maintenance fund required.

Thanks for kind replies. I posted below post in other forums lst week and still waiting for reply.

I am the owner of limited company and will be applying ILR next week . Can I request to have answer of following queries please

1) What information will go in EARNINGS CLAIMED SECTION (Set (o) ,section A5, page 33). EITHER business profit figure or dividend voucher figure

2) What mandatory documents related to limited compnay and accounts should go along with application.

The reason for asking above queries that my prvious extension was on the basis of foreign income and documents were slightly different from limited compnay scenario

my previous earning covers period from 22 june 2015 to 22nd june 2016. I recieve business satement end of every month and personal statement 13th of every month. i will send ILR application 23rd June. Can I send accounts and bank statments as soon as I recieve them. It should not be more than 2 weeks.
