ILR Eligibilty : Tier 2 dependent Visa + Tier 2 General

Post by vvenu88 » Wed May 04, 2016 11:32 am

Hi,
I was on Tier 2 ICT dependent visa from April 2011 till Jan 2014 and then switched to Tier 2 General Visa on Jan 2014. Now since I have completed my 5 years (Still on Tier 2 General from Jan 2014 to till date, May 2016), am I eligible for ILR? Please help me.

After going through this link
https://www.gov.uk/settle-in-the-uk/y/y ... neral-visa
I felt that I am not eligible for ILR :( , but just want to have a second opinion.
Thanks

Possibly in 2019 as a PBS migrant or in 2021 under the long residence route.
Not before then.
