She needs to mention the employment. No issue about tax return as not required if tax paid via PAYE.

My daughter worked for 3 months during her gap year. She did not file a tax return as her income was below the threshold and not all need to file a tax return or do a self assessment. Same is for my wife as well income is below £10600 hence should not have to file a return.

do we need to mention this on the naturalisation form for both ?
There is no employment history question for minors.

For adults simply submit the employment history.
There are no specific tax questions

HO caseworker will run through usual crosschecking & verification procedures with various databanks, HMRC, DWP & etc etc;
no doubt they will revert with any questions or concerns.

The OP is likely referring to his 19 year old daughter who worked during her gap year and is applying on AN and not MN1.

Hmm, possible.

In that case you are right, if not daughter 15 but daughter 19 then she's treated as an adult.

Need guidance please.... just realized that there are changes on English requirements for British Citizenship.

I used the PBS and my UK Masters degree in ILR. Now that the PBS is no longer accepted do I need to get my UK degree approved by UK NAIRC ?

Similarly for my wife we used her India Graduate degree and PBS for ILR. Now what needs to be done ?

My NCS appointment is on the 22nd April.

Any guidance.

Just realized while filling up AN from for my daughter, need some advise

ILR was approved on 26/03/15 with BRP as issue date of 26/03/15, but there was an error in name and a new BRP was issued with correction dated 20/05/2015. The old/ wrong BRP was sent back and acknowledged by HO of it being destroyed.

Question : what will be date of getting ILR 26/03/15 or 20/05/15 ? Which date do I fill in on AN form

Have a question on question 1.17 of AN form for adult.

Does it need to be only UK addresses ? In the last 5 yrs my daughter was out of the country to complete her GCSE for a year. This would count towards her 450 days absence. Do I need to mention the foreign address as well ?

Yes, you need to mention all addresses.

Thanks, so just to be clear

Applying on 13 June JCAP
Jun 11,2011 to July 03,2011 - UK address
July03,2011 to 21Apr, 2012 - Foreign address
21 Apr, 2012 to current - UK address

These would be addresses for past 5 years with collectively 415 ( absence from UK and holidays) days being out of UK accounted towards a max of 450 day out of UK.

Is my understanding correct ?
