Hello All, I am wondering if the form i printed is the correct one.

It asks for six documents to prove that my wife was cohabiting with me. Strange. How can one have six different documents? We have documents but they are not for all the last three years. One lasts for just one year and one us a voter card.

Anyone to reply this please. I have become too confused, specially after going through the form. I want to avoid the situation where my fee is used-up for filing a wrong application.

And the 'wife' says her visa is PBS Dependent and the 'husband' says it is FLR(M)!!

Once I got ILR in Mar-2013, I had to change the visa category for my wife. Don't know/remember the name of the form she filled in May-2013 so cant say if it was FLR(M) she switched to.

Unfortunately, no one asked the OP what the BRP stated as the type of leave. Hence the confusion / ambiguity, I think.

The wife on the other hand, in her topic, mentioned that fact in her opening post.

Thanks Vinny for reply. I have just printed the application form "FLR(M) version 04/2016".

She had originally got pbs dependent visa on 28-Jan-2013, came to UK on 28-Feb-2013 and then moved to ILR Dependent on 15-May-2013 by FLR.

FLR = further leave to remain
which can be applied for through any leave to remain (LTR) application form, be it FLR(M) of PBS dependant leave or FLR(FP) or FLR(O) or ....


The OP wasn't able to confirm whether the wife applied for FLR using the PBS dependant leave to remain form or FLR(M), as he clearly stated that he didn't remember. I believe he meant wife became ILR dependant in literal sense rather than from an immigration (status) perspective.

She became ILR dependant, literally, but applied for FLR using PBS dependant form.

Anyways, it is all sorted I believe

The assumption being that ILR Dependent = FLR(M)....

Unless the 'couple' can explain accurately and correctly between the two of them what visa wifey currently holds, it is anyone's guess what LTR apply for.
