Urgent help with zambrano renewal

Hi every one..
Please I have a serious issue..
My 3 years expires in few months.. BT my wife has bn doing all she can to make sure am not able to renew it because we had an issue then she left to uk with my child and now she contacting the local immigration office telling them all sort of lies just to make sure I don't get it renew when it's due..
Well after she left my solicitor asked me to start paying child support which I have bn doing.
nyway my question is will all she has said affect my renewal? Knowing that the child is now in theUK...
Even though I pay child support on a weekly basic (without court order)).
What are my chances?

Please I need advice on Wat need to be done as my renewal is in 4 months away.

Caseworkers must be well experienced in such cases and possess the gravitas and experience to realise that there's always two sides to each story.

Your application will be assessed under current rules and not by a 'popularity vote' with wife as judge and jury; nor with decisions based on tittle tattle and unsubstantiated rumours.

Well am not suppose to apply for anything from the (D.O.j) letter it says you and your child must be present in your local office 2 weeks before expiration date..
And also said must have a good reason to which ur child can't attend with you..
Do you think with my proof of support and reasons to which I can't bring the child will be enough?

Well she's English would say she went back home..
We still married though..
I go see my daughter every now and then...

That's why I came on here to find a solution..
Though my solicitor said so long as the child support is bn paid it shouldn't be an issue for the child bn there in th uk..
Cose that's her mother place of origin besides uk and Ireland are basically 1..
Well dats what I was told.. which am not sure, although am still trying to sort things out with my wife...

So if any one have any advice, please I need all I can get..
