Specified Period for Tier 1 Entreprenur Dependents ILR

Hi

Can Someone help me with a clarification about specific rules regarding Tier 1 (entrepreneur) dependents (who applied after 09/07/2012).

I understand that they have to wait for 5 years as PBS dependent before becoming eligible for settlement but Is there any absence period or continuous residency requirement they have to fulfils or their specific date will be count from they entry clearance was issued / entry date in UK?

Absences should be limited and for good reason, i.e. should not be living in home country and only visiting the UK for a couple of months each year.

Subsisting relationship evidence has to be provided.
