Unfortunately, HO refused this FLR-FP Application and granted a right of appeal to FTT on the basis of Human Rights claim. It's mentioned in the refusal letter that Appeal must be lodged to FTT within 14 days.
Any advice would be highly appreciated regarding any new evidences or additional supporting documents and timeline for hearing date in the FTT now-a-days.
At the end, I also would like to say a bundle of Thanks to Obie (Moderator) who provided a great encouragement and kind guidance at every step to prepare the FLR-FP Application.

Hi @Ojliaa. My family and I have just submitted our FLR(FP) application today. Our situation sounds similar to yours - we are both non-EU nationals and have 2 children who have continuously lived in the UK for 9 years and 7 years 5 months respectively. My spouse and I have been lawful residents in the UK for 9 years. Due to time constraints (and funds too) - we did not instruct any solicitor to assist us with the application, however, all supporting documents are hopefully complete as we have endeavoured to provide proof of 9 years residence (council tax bills, GP registrations, school reports etc). I would be extremely grateful if you could share your experience with me -
1) How long did it take the Home Office to decide on your application?
2) Have you had the hearing at the First Tier Tribunal already? Would you be able to recommend the solicitor that represents you and your family?
I sincerely hope that all is well with you and family.
Best regards,
Effy

Thank you @Ojliaa, this is really helpful. Based on the info you provided, it takes over 7 months from the date of application to the point of the FTT fees are processed. Have you appointed a solicitor to represent you at the FTT? I have made contact with two solicitors to discuss about my family' situation - but have yet to engage one properly. When did you appoint a solicitor and if you could tell me the going rate (or is it fixed?) please? Sorry if I could also ask - did the Home Office return all original documents when they sent the refusal (with right of appeal letter)?

p.s. Not sure if you tried to send me a private message, but I could not open it! My email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. I would be so grateful to get in touch with you and learn from your experience.

Best regards,
Effy

Same here, my post was deleted too and my ip got banned (3g). I even answered Alihamza2016 question regarding the Flr (fp) letter he got from Home Office by telling him that the letter ''is a normal letter, that he shouldn't be worried about it''. But to my surprised my replied and Alihamza2016 post was deleted without any explanation.

It's very straightforward and it is the case across the Board for the timeline threads.

In case newer members have not had time to read the general T&Cs (click) I suggest they do.

In particular, for timeline threads, here is the relevant advice. It is posted very frequently & I think it's quite clear...

Noone's IP has been banned for posting in this thread.

Some phone operator providers appear to be blocked by the security systems used by ImmigrationBoard's host.
02 seems particularly prone to this for some reason
