NHS CHARGE FOR FLRM

HI everyone

i am applying for my ILR SET(0) and FLR(M) for my wife and a daughter by post.My query is one i tried to pay NHS charges for my wife and daughter it does not give me any option to pay after putting all details.Its just say amount to pay £0.00 and give the IHS reference no. can someone help me where i have gone wrong.

Why are you switching your family to a new 5 year route on FLR(M) instead of extending the PBS visas?

Leave your details out of the IHS page. Fee must be £1000 for two dependents. They must 'apply alone'.

my family just joined me 6 months back so that's why i am applying flr m as it will save me some money i know their cycle of 5 years will start again. in online form its ask the detail whom they gonna stay with. So mean i should not put any detail there ??/
