ILR under long residense for under 18

Post by searoze » Wed May 11, 2016 4:33 pm

Hi
I entered in this country in Mar 2005 and I have received my ILR last year.
My elder son and wife entered in UK on 12 May 2006. (I have a younger son as well who is British citizen now)
I applied FLR FP for my wife and elder son, that was refused and paper appeal was filed that is still with Upper Tier Tribunal.
Now my wife and elder child have completed their own 10 years.
I want to apply my elder son's ILR under the basis of his own 10 years long residence. Do I need to apply on SET LR or SET F ?

2nd question is: My wife has completed her 10 years but she could'nt sit for SELT exam as her passport is with HO. Under what category she will apply now ? and what form will be used ?

Thank you very much for your time and advice.
Regards

1. You can use either Set(LR) or Set(F) for the child.

2. FLR(LR)
Char (CR001 not Casa)

Thank you very much for your reply CR001.

I have few more confusions.
As their (my wife and elder son) appeal is pending with UTT. Do I just send their new applications and withdraw that appeal or withdraw appeal and then send new application or just change appeal grounds in UTT ?

2nd: Am on ILR, younger son is BC. Elder son will get his ILR soon. Would it be possible to apply under any other category than FLR (LR). The reason is, FLR (LR) has no premium service available and she is desperate to visit home :)
