ILR Under Process any Advice please

Hi,

Initially got Tier 1 visa on April 2011 and got extended in April 2013, for that extension I have showed earnings(2012-2013 financial year) from dividends and I got the visa and I have submitted and paid the whole corporation tax on time.
2013-2014, I was on maternity no income for this year.
2014-2015, I have submitted and paid the corporation tax on time, and self assessment as well.

Now I have applied for ILR on 20th April 2016 through post,(just couple of days before my visa expires) for this I am showing 2015-2016 earnings part from dividends and employment(I am now joined as full time employee), even for this 2015-16 I have filed the self assessment and corporation tax and about to pay(still I have time until Jan2017 to pay).

while preparing the documents I found an error in my self assessment for 2012-13 and 2013-14, error is the income which I have earned and showed to UKBA for my extension in 2013 is not filed in 2012-13 self assessment, it was been filed in 2013-2014( where I don't have any income at all) and not even filed the complete amount, which is purely accountant mistake(As I don't have any idea about self assessment, I know this not an excuse)

I have amended the self assessments for 2012-13 and 2013-14 and send it to HMRC to update my records and paid the tax amount due which is £4.5k, when I have checked with HMRC they said it will get updated by june 20th 2016, but by that time my application will be processed as I have already received my Bio-metrics(I am about to give my Bio-metrics next week).

Now can anyone PLEASE advice, can I send a letter to UKBA mentioning that the amendments are in process with HMRC IN DETAIL what was happened or Can I wait until I hear from UKBA?

Expect an interview from UKBA in next 16 weeks ...

Meanwhile you can chase HMRC to get it updated asap and when HMRC send you those calculations , send them off to CW without any delay. Also if possible file the SA from 15/16 and get SA302 for that as well.

Are you guessing or have you come across any of this type of scenarios?
I have filed the SA for 15/16,
I am in total confusion, can I send a covering letter to UKBA now regarding the amendments rather than them find out?

I think you dont need to send anything unless its asked for.hopefully you be fine as in postal application they are bit soft.fingure crossed.
What about your sa302 and ct600 for initial application are they uptodate with hmrc???!

SA302 amendemnts are in under process with HMRC, AS there were some errors and noticed it recently.
CT600 are fine for all the 5 years and paid all the corporation tax on time.

Did you submit your all ct600 with your application??!
If not sending all ct600 to CW is not a bad idea..atleast that will show them your dividends are legal...and you paid tax on that...thanks

No, I haven't sent my ct600 along with my application,
I have only sent my latest financial statement/business accounts for the earnings what I am showing now.

Hi,

Tax amendments are processed on 17th May and received letter from HMRC revised calculations , but SA 302 is still showing the old amounts(SA 302 ordered after 17th May).
