Thank you sister. i havent recieved any date as of yet. they took the money out today £140. I think mine was a mistake in the calculation which i dont think was a huge deal do you reckon appealing is worth it or re applying? looking at the timelines it seems to take forever and even then its no guarantee the ecm will stick to his deadline. im not sure what to do as i already soent 1650 on the application.

@ confused how did you find out they upheld thier decision at review did you email them? or did they notify you?

@still waiting i used priority for my wife it ook 10 days applied 4th april refused 12th recieved pp and refusal letter 14th

does anyone know how to get an mp involved in Birmingham i heard tgey can make the process go bit quicker if they intervine?

U got a reply in 10 working days cause it was your first application
Its my 3rd now

And u just have to mention the refernece numbers and reasons on the application form when it asks

Actually pressured up the mp fr the update over the application so they replied him bck that it seems application going to be in upper tribunals nd could get the court date shortly!

Normal processing time is 10/12 weeks
Priority is 10-25 working days (2-4 weeks)

When u submit passport (biometrics) at visa application centre u pay extra 72,000 rupees and they put it through as priority they give u a receipt to confirm too
