uk student/can study in belfast?

Hi,

Can UK student Visa holder study in Northern Ireland? or that he will require additional visa/permission to do so ?
what about studying in Dublin?

For the UK, including Northern Ireland, see also 12.4 - Students and how they qualify.

As for Dublin, it's in the Republic of Ireland. See also Student Visa Guidelines.

Sorry im not intrested in applying for one! im asking question on behalf of my friend, he is in uk as student and woud like to know if he can study in belfast or dublin with his UK student visa!

Belfast is in the United Kingdom, Dublin is not.
