Running office from Home

Hi I am running my office from homer and extension is due after one year, I think it should not be problem, but still worried . is there any concern of UKVI with this. I have marketing and management consultancy business. please advise if you guys getting extension as running your office from home from .

As per T1E guidance, not a concern.

HO, in its wisdom, recognises this in its guidance...
Not all self-employed applicants will have a business office. If you had no business premises we will use your registration with HMRC to show that
the business is based in the UK.

Hi, Are you self employed or You Ltd company. If you Ltd company so I advise you to look virtual office and mail box with business address. it will cost you around £15 or £18 a month.

Other hand there is no any issue but how you accommodate your employees. Are they working from their home?
