Hi Zimba,
I have one question, do we need to send accountant letters for investment & job creation..in my case I started the new bussines & I'm still running the same one.

Not according to the rules but you can get one if you wish.
Please do not think it can be a replacement for some missing documents as you need to provide exactly what they want.

I'm applying next week for my extension this is my documents check list Please let me know if I'm missing any important document.

Investment

1- 2 years unaudited accounts with report + 11months Management accounts showing director loan under creditors all signed by me & my accountant
2- Director loan agreement
3- Bussines bank statements only those pages which showing Director loan transactions

Proof of two employments

1- Passport copies of employees they both are British
2- RTI full payment submission same format you already shown here + P11 of whole period claiming points signed by myself
3- whole period payslips(do I need to sign them as well)
4- Accountant letter for jobs creation with employees working sheet showing hourly rate,hours they worked for my company & total wages they took from company in last 24 months

Other documents

1- Current appointment report
2- CT41G+CT610+CT600
3- Certificate of Incorporation
4- last 90 days Personal bank statement for maintenance funds
5- Vat Certificate + last paid vat receipt
6- Insurance Certificate
7- NI & TAX paid receipts
8- some lease Invoices

I have tried to keep it simple as you always advised us but I don't want to miss any important document so please confirm me that I'm OK with these documents

Hi All,
With the grace of God my tier 1 entrepreneur extension application has been approved. The application timeline is:

Application made on: 17/03/2016
Biometrics enrolled on: 06/04/2016
Approval Letter (Decision) received on: 10/05/2016

This was my second application because my first application was refused, the link for my previous application thread is

I subimitted a fresh application after 10 days of the Admin Review decision of the initial application which was with in 28 days and HO has disregarded the overstaying period while considering my fresh application.
I hope this will help in some way.

Hi Zimba

You submitted only one sheet of the business bank statement to show funds transfer right?
Just wondering because guidance says to send business bank statements with readily identifiable transactions, but have seen other posts insisting personal statements are a must.

From your list of documents it seems you didn't include
-any marketing material or contracts
- Employee's signed contract

is it okay to apply without these? As couple of people said they got refusal because of this

I also have issue that my registered limited company name and business name (trading name) is different this all my contracts and bank statements are under the company name but my website shows only trading name - I dont know how to prove that they are the same. Do you have idea what I can do.

Many congrats and thanks for sharing the list of documents .

We're on £200k route and I have following questions re your document list


1- Are they the same report - Current Appointment Report?
b) Latest Current Appointment Report and Filing History
d) Company Information Report

2- did you get Appointment of Director (AP-01) ? my accountant is not very helpful for these

3) confirmation statement - do you have a format

4) Evidence for Settle Worker Status - one of my staff is eu national polish and doesn't have passport just have his country national card and they can travel on that so I don't know what to do - he worked for me for about 6 months

5) I have three staff - one of them is my 3rd party investor if thats fine or should I claim only for 2 staff instead of 3 staff? one of the staff is consultant/advisor is this fine?

6) do we need p60 for all staff as none of staff gave me p60 or p45 due to nature of the industry ie restaurant

7) What are t relevant Credibility Documents for genuine entrepreneur test
