Tier 2 ICT options

Dear All,
I had come to UK on Tier 2 Intra company transfer Visa( Long term staff) issued on 22nd May 2012 & got visa extended till June 2017.

What are the options available to me to apply for Tier 2 General or Tier 2 Intra company transfer visa at the end of june 2017.

What are the options available to avoid one year cooling period.

Please help me regarding this matter.

Unfortunately not many options:

1. Your spouse could get a Tier 2 General sponsorship and you could continue to work as a dependent
2. If you could find an employer who is willing to pay you > 155k per annum, you may not be subject to 12 months cool off for Tier 2 General
3. If your spouse is a Settled/EU/British Citizen
4. Ask your current company to pay you > 120K, you could extend your Tier 2 ICT visa for a total of 9 years i believe.

Cant think of any other options.
