Some new questions that probably have not been asked

Post by goodssb » Fri Jan 04, 2008 10:00 am

Hi guys,

I have some questions regarding the HSMP. Your help would be really appreciated.

1. Do I have to be in full-time employment when I submit my application?

2. I quit my job in Nov 2007 and my previous employer paid me my bonus and standing overtime payment later in December. But I was unemployed in December and did not have other income. So does this income count if I choose the 12 month would be Jan – Dec 2007?

3. If there is difference between how much the case worker think I have earned and my own self-assessment, would I be awarded points based on their evaluation, or would I just be given 0 point in this section?

4. I have been studied in the UK, but I simply did not keep the original letter of permission from the Home Office. How much possibility would I have to claim the 5 points with a notarised student visa?

Thank you very much again. Any comment is appreciated.

No these questions have been asked before, perhaps you'd like to do a search and come back to us with followup questions.
