When to apply for flr(M)

My wife entered the UK on a spouse visa on 3/12/13 - the visa is valid from 7/10/13 to 7/7/16.

We are going to apply for flr(m) at a Premium Centre - when should we book an appointment ?.

You should book an appointment no sooner than within 28 days of the current visa expiring. A bit too soon to book as appointments are only available to book 20-28 days in advance.
