Pakistan UK Spouse visa appeals

As ma review deadline was on 13th April 2016 and still m waiting fr the décision and they r still sayin That they didnt review ma case.I called tribunal they said That it Is automatically listed fr court but HO didnt give us any décision..
So m confused That wt shouldi i do nw at This stage..

My deadline was on 12th may and i have not heard anything. The documents i sent at the time of application were returned but some were missing. I emailed them, they said they will get back to me and i never received a response. I have emailed them again and again but still no response. My deadline has now passed and my solicitor said she will call the courts tomorrow. I was thinking of contacting my mp, in what ways do you think the mp can help me?

Hi

I appealed my wife spouse visa refusal in May 2015 now I got a court date two days ago for July 2016. Her refusal was based on that I haven't deposited my part time job payments to my bank account.

Now my question what are our chances of winning I still work earn nearly 21 k still employed at that part time job as well deposited all the wages have the payslips p60 and employment history which shows I have been employed at full and part time jobs for last three years.

Shall I go for it alone or hire a solicitor?

To be honest
I had no hope that I would win my appeal as my hubby was a overstayer in the UK, but Allhamdulilah i won my appeal.
I would agree that all payments need to be deposited but u may be able to fight the case on human rights etc so best bet would be to take a solicitor and all ur evidence from hmrc of what u earned in that year u was refused

Yes Iam thinking to hire a solicitor. I will try to give them all the documents from the year when I made the application.

Well at last some good news for me in the form of a court hearing date finally after a long and extremely excruciating and painful waiting time of nearly an year I finally got my appeal Hearing date on the 8th of July 2016. I still don't believe this if this is really true or not cause I really ran out of hope and I have started packing my bags to go back to Pakistan for good and just forget about all those years of my life I have lived in UK and start a new life but I think Almighty Allah has different plans for me.

Please I beg all of the respected members of this forum that please remember me in your heartiest prayers in the coming holy month of Ramadan and please make special prayers for my success in my appeal.

Please kindly keep us updated on the forum with the outcome of your spouse visa appeals/applications.

Just an update, collected the passport and 3 years visa was issued.

2 weeks ago I got an email from sheffield visa section statin that we have made a decision n will return all of the supporting documents ...
Yesterday I got the parcel.but there were only those documents which I sent them when I made application.
Soo confused plus worried

@ sister stillwaiting you are always in my prayers and I have prayed for every single forum member when I went to perform Ummrah this Jan 2016 with my wife. Off course I don't know anyone of the forum members by name but I still prayed for everyone of us.

I wasn't expecting this early hearing date for my self if I am being perfectly honest with everyone here on the forum although its an year waiting time I have gone pass through but I still feel the pain for all those members who are still waiting.

I called the tribunal today. They said the embassy didnt get back to us so you are now on the list for a court hearing! I asked how long i need to wait and she said there is no time scale. It is so unfair that the home office do not meet their deadline. We miss out review oppurtunity

"We are currently reviewing appeal cases that were received by us at the beginning of December 2015. Your appeal was received in the middle of December 2015 and it is in a queue waiting to be reviewed but this will not happen for at least a few more weeks."

Hi can you tell if the Ecm reviews the appeal according to the date appeal was sent by the tribunal or do they do it in order of receiving each bundle. my appeal bundle is going to be sent does this mean they will deal with december appeals? my appeal went through 10th may and payment fully processesed 17th may still waiting for a letter. what will happen now? if i put a new app in and it is refused would i have to restart the Appeal?
