Divorced and need to make application - EU children in UK

Hi members.

Really this forum is very helpful.

My question.

I am divorced from my ex and have 3 children and they are living in UK since a year. My ex is married with EU national and children are EEA family members.

I applied for child arrangement order in UK court through solicitor and family court issue child arrangement order.

Judge mention that, In occasion when I am whitin juridician.
And I can take children on every Saturday at 11am to till 18:00pm from my ex's house and then stop back them at my ex's house.

I don't know which visa I need to apply ? I already applied visit visa which was refused.

Please help me.

I am in India and was applied visit visa before child arrangement order which was refused.

Now I want to see my children they are 9,13 and 15 years old.

Children are non EEA family member of EEA national and they went to UK since September 2015 and my ex is married since since 2011 and living in uk since 5 years.

I contact with solicitor in London and success for child arrangement order on 10 May 2016.

On 18 Feb I applied for visit visa to visit my children ECO refuse my application.


1, Now I have child arrangement order from UK court that I can pick my children every Saturday and drop back at my ex's house.

2, I need to apply for Access right of children?
Or
Visit visa?
