Natularisation impact by company Liquidation ?

Hi,
I and wife were due for Natularisation, recently joined permanent job from contract job. I have started liquidating (MVL type) my company which will take 3 to 4 months.
If apply Natularisation does that have any impact on Natilarisation

Yes i shall liquidate with proper legal procedure by paying the corect tax..

There's a feeling that liquidating this way, taking EPR and then staying in the same industry isn't cricket, and may arouse suspicion. Check ukcontractor.com forum and MVL Online, worth it to be sure there's no risk.
