Employee got ILR during employment

Hi.
Just wanted to confirm with the seniors here.
If a person carrying Section 3C leave with right of work is been employed after few months of employment he gets ILR via 10 years LR. His employment from the date he gets ILR can be counted towards of a settled person hours to claim points.
Correct me if I wrong.

This is not covered by the rules. Given that a job must be created for a settled person, I advise to avoid using such employee to score points to be safe.

Many thanks for the info. i thought it will be a straight forward yes. your argument makes perfect sense.

few more details
Applying extension in June 2016
I got visa on company A (Recruitment agency) in june 2013 PSW switch 50K
then after 5 months of the entrepreneur visa i became sole director & 100% share holder or an existing company B (security guarding company ) only afterwards it was Sia aprroved, iso 9001, chas and few more accreditation were obtained.

This Company B was non trading before my directorship.
I opened business bank account, created few employments (office staff+security guards) for 2 years till Oct2013-Oct 2015.
Meanwhile company A was hardly trading much.
company B was then sold due to some personal circumstances as company A started to grow.

All 50k Via DL has been Done on Company A. in (April- May 2016). coz only needed now for expansion of business.


Company A i am director from visa till present (April 2013- Present)


now i am planning to claim
1. employment points from Company B (no longer director)
2. investment point from Company A.

hope it will be fine.

10 years LR complete 4 months after extension due date
extension june 2016
10 years oct 2016



your input will be highly appreciated

If you are claiming points for anything from a company that no longer has you as a director, you need to supply Current Appointment Report from that company showing that you were a director for the period you are claiming points for.

I meant above circumstances mean
2 companies
Selling 1 for which claiming employment.
Investment in last month in the other

I think cover letter has to have clarity and simplicity for the cw.
To understand the time line of the events through the course of tthree years.
To make him aware of the reasons of moving from one business to another.
