Not VFS, in my case when i called Mumbai BHC she refused to tell result, she only replied decision has been taken, what does it mean?/

Yes, you are right i googled it and found the email list for all other BHC/DHC in india. Please see below link.

I dont know why they havent replied your email.I mailed to chennai BHC around 4 times after i filed the application and i got their reply everytime and duly on time. Guess thats why there's a huge backlog in Chennai alone,these guys spend all their time to read mails and keep replying to mails than to speed up their work,whereas bombay BHC is quick in their work.lol..Last mail reply from chennai BHC said there's a huge backlog of work and it will take minimum 25 working days to process HSMP EC applications and asked me to wait till January 25th,whereas i have my accommodation reserved from 26th there. Thought of traveling on 25th!Guess these guys will mess up all plans because of their holidays..FYI,I applied on Dec 17th!
