Tier 2 PBS dependant Requirements

Hello All,
My name is MO, I'm on Tier 2 general visa. I will be marrying end of this month in INDIA and want to file tier 2 dependent visa for my wife soon after i get married.so just want to double check the required documents.
below is the list i'm planning to file.
1. My wife Passport
2.My wife Passport size photo
3.My wife TB Test certificate
4.Maintaining £1000 for last 3 months in my bank ( bank statements )
5.Last 3 months payslips.
6.Letter of prove from my Sponsor
7.Rental agreement
8.My passport & Visa copy
9.My licence Copy
10.Marriage certificate & invitation card,Photos of marriage

Questions.
1.Please advise me what else documents do i need to include ?
2.How much is the VISA Fee if my visa expires in Aug 2017 ? should i apply for long term or short term for my dependent ?
3.How long does it take to process the visa ?
4.Do i need to fill online application and print off if i apply from INDIA ?
5.can i pay for NHS fee in cash in INDIA ? or do i have to do it online before i start my application ?

Please advise.

3.How long does it take to process the visa ? Not sure, a few weeks.
4.Do i need to fill online application and print off if i apply from INDIA ? Probably yes, look at the guidance notes
5.can i pay for NHS fee in cash in INDIA ? or do i have to do it online before i start my application ? No, you have to pay online before you apply because you need the IHS reference number. for the visa form.

1. Visa fees.
2. No VAC accepts cash payments.
3. Apply for a visa.

Does it matter we have to submit 6 months of payslip and bank statement or 3 months should be enough ?

Also if i have my old address on 1 of my payslip because my company did not updated my new address?

but all my bank statements have my new address.

will it be ok ?

Hi Mo,

We have successfully received our Tier 2 dependent visa today and I have submitted the exact documents which you have listed.

Other than that please take a printout of your IHS payment email, which is mandatory.

Regarding payslips, I have submitted last 3 months payslips with one of them being my old address.

We have submitted our application on 27/11/2015 at VFS chennai and received the documents back today by courier(11/12/2015).

Hello Raj,

Please could you guide me through the process of Tier 2 Dependant Visa? My concern is that if my Husband has started working on Tier 2 Visa and after a month or two if he wants to apply for me (wife) how can we show Maintenance funds? Like I (DependAnt) Bank accounts having a balance of GBP 630.... The statements should be on who's name My husband's name(main applicant) or my name ( Dependant's name)??

Please help, its Urgent!

I am applying for Tier 2 dependant visa, unfortunately we do not have Tenancy Agreement and NOC letter from the landlord, I understand that no where in the rules it is mentioned and those two documents should be added.. Even then I am nervous submitting my application as I have read on the board have submitted the same... Please someone share your experiences if you'll have got your visas rejected for not submitting the tenancy contract?? Or someone let me know if submission of the above stated documents is mandatory or no??
