EC and FLR question

Hi,

I have applied for HSMP on Dec25 from INDIA and waiting for the decison. God only knows what would be the decision.

But I got an offer for the interview attended in last month and the new employer is ready to process work permit. This is a very urgent opening and if I accept the offer, I should be there in UK by 1Feb with WP visa.

My question now is,

1. Is it possible to get the EC/FLR in UK for the HSMP that I applied from India?

2. Do they send all the documents for Integra verification?

I am not sure whether I get the HSMP or not and now I am in a big confusion whether to accept the offer or not. Your hlep is highly appriciated.

Hiya,

Once in the UK on your employer's WP, you are eligible to apply for FLR. You don't require fresh EC since "WP holder" is one of the categories eligible for in-country switch.
