My refusal was due to savings not being declared properly and 1 bank statement missing i applied cat a and d

This time i applied with just wage and alhamdulilah it was successful

Yes if refused u would have to submit a new appeal if u wanted

Also I didn't address the previous refusals i just wrote the gwf numbers and wrote eco not satisfied lol

Hi sis, congratulations and mashallah your patience and perserverence has finally paid off.

I noticed from your comment that you were previously refused due to not declaring your savings. Did you apply on cat d savings only and failed to declare where the savings came from.

It's just that I have a family member who will soon be applying under the savings only route and her bank statements show two seperate transactions every month being transfered into her account which are loan repayments to her from a family member and friend who she previously borrowed money too.

Will she need to declare in addition to the cash savings the 2 transactions into her account.

I know should have a smiley face, but this whole waiting time took the smile from my face. Do you know when you get the bundle back from respondent after u receive the hearing date.
