My wife applying in person and yes she is already in the UK.

What is the checklist print?

Are you sure we don't need any proof for current and previous residence?
Okay for applying in person there is a different paper form that you need to fill in. But for the online application once you complete, it generates 2 documents. 1 is the online application form with all the details that you have filled in and the second is a checklist document which you have to tick for relevant documents that you are including with the application. The only mandatory documents listed in the check list are passport, photo and bank statements. No mention of any relationship proof as it has already been proven in the earlier dependent application. The guidance notes mention the same as well. i.e relationship evidence to be provided if its first application. If you have the evidence then it would not hurt to carry. You can take council letters, marriage certificate, nhs letters, electoral vote letters, utility bills etc. Obviously each of these must have your wife's details.
