Hi there,

I am a British father of 3 children.

I myself and my 3 child are British but my wife and other 2 children are given discretionary leave (with no entitled to benefits)

my questions here are :-

1. Can i apply child benefit for my all 3 children? if i do will it affect the renewal for their visa extension?

2.Can i apply only for my 3rd child who is British?

2 of my child born outside UK can i still apply for them too?

on their DL visa it says no recourse to public funds,what does this mean,ami still allowed to claim for them?

Yes you can claim. YOU are claiming benefits not the CHILDREN.
