any idea transferring file/case from India Office to London?

I had applied through WWICS for PR Skilled worker category. This was way back in 2005. As I moved to the UK I am unable to be in constant touch with the agent, viceverca; So i sent an application to revoke my agent at the Delhi Office. I have lost 30,000Rs spent on the agent. Plus my case is still in its initial stage.
Now, I would want to transfer my case from Delhi, India to London, UK office. I asked the London office to brief me the process but they replied saying that they will need a permission from India for transferring the case.

I have lost 30K plus 2 years. I am back to square one. If i can transfer the case to London office, I will atleast save the little time and money I spent on the initial application.

You moved to UK then for what you consult WWICS. wwics is a professional company how come they can do this type of thing with you. I think there is some miss communication in between the Company WWICS and yourself. The same happend to me as well. I wants to immigrate to canada but i got job in UK based IT company and they gave me the sponsorship + work permit, so just gave a call to the wwics headoffice and told them to dont file my case, as i got job in uk. and they did so. and after 15- 20 days they returned me the money i gave them + they added 5000rs in that as i gave them one reference of my friend. Just talk to the head office personals they will help you directly. they are very good at the customer dealing and they feel happy to help.
