Got my appeal hearing date last week which is schedule for 29th July 2016.

Why sad? It's just a few weeks away

I know should have a smiley face, but this whole waiting time took the smile from my face. Do you know when you get the bundle back from respondent after u receive the hearing date.

Your solicitor should receive the bundle just before the hearing date.

Brother always try to look on the positive side of it, that Allah Pak brought the waiting time to an end.

If you don't mind me reminding you the days when we were still waiting for our hearing date imagine how helpless we all were feeling.

Well I am still stressed out tremendously just for thinking about the result after that day.

Insha Allah will help us AAMIN.

This is the most painful time of our life's that's how I am feeling. Drs said to me that if I cant control my stress I might have to face diseases like Sugar, Blood pressure, any thing like that, they said that my liver is already affected because of that and they are thinking to put me on medication for it

So at least Masha Allah you got your health in good state.

Remember me in your prayers and Insha Allah I'll also remember all of us in my every single prayers.

04/03/2016 Email to confirm they had received my appeal for review (after my millions of emails to them about the progress)

04/03/2016 i got an email again after my further millions of emails stating:
The latest update regarding your appeal is that a Notice of Pending appeal, IA10, has been issued 03/03/2016 to all relevant parties. This notice is for your information only as it is for the Entry Clearance Officer (ECO / Respondent) at the embassy to action. The ECO have been given until 16/06/2016 to review the original refusal decision.

If the ECO overturn the decision, they will contact the appellant to issue the visa, however if they uphold the refusal decision, the appeal will then be decided by the Immigration Judge in the UK.


28/04/2016 after i kept bugging them via email.. i received the below email..
We are aware that your appeal is still waiting for a hearing date to be allocated. The Tribunal is currently dealing with a substantial number of cases, which means at present we are unable to confirm a hearing date to you.
The volumes of appeals we are currently dealing with greatly outnumber the number of hearings and Judges we have available. We are doing everything in our power to provide the earliest possible date that we have available.
You will be notified in due course of the hearing date and venue for this appeal.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

16/06/2016 The ECO have been given until this date to review the original refusal decision.

(however, because of the email i recieved on 28/04/2016.. i am assuming my review is upheld and that my appeal will be decided at court.?? am i waiting fr a court date ?? how long will this take?)

i have become increasingly ill and suffer depression, anxiety and many other related health problems and it is not really good especially the fact that i am of a young age ..

it will be 5 years this year that i will be married in sha Allah and my naseeb has not been very good at all.

the pathetic reasons which my case has been refused by ECO are:
the entry clearance officer to come to the decision that he was not satisfied that i am employed and paid as stated and that my total income meets the income threshold.
he suggested that my payslips, employment letter and bank statements did not meet the requirement which is absolutely absurd.. as i am exempt from the ruling and also have in excess of £40k held in my saving account since 2010

no telephone calls were mde to my company at the time i had submitted my application or throughout so how would they assume something so stupid (i have been working with my company since 2012)
i also did not recieve ANY other documents back at time of appeal except my spouses english tests and medical tests and our nika nama AND THAT IS LITERALLY IT..apparently their reply was ALL IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN RETURNED AND OTHER NON IMPORTANT ONES HAVE BEEN RETURNED..so basically they deemed my wedding photos and our contact from even before marriage (which i paid upto £100 to gather together and print) and my p60 original document and bank statements and payslips basically everything they used in my case to make a decisions they deemed unimportant and my documents have been destroyed!! if they were so unimportant then surely they should not have been requested in the first place!!!!!

anyhow.. anybody else in the sme boat as me at the moment and what am i waiting for now?? court?? how long??
i really cant beleive peoples naseeb and then my naseeb. even people i know who have FAKE cases or really hard cases with unbelievable appeal reasons they have been given visas!

i do not no how much more i can tolerate.. but i ask Allah to shower his mercy and blessings on myself and all those out there who are going through what i am. ameen

Khan_A why not u call tribunal to confirm whether ur review is upheld
But it can't b possible because eco didn't review cases with April deadline yet as mine is 11 may n still w8ing

khan_a, don't take stress just have patience. it's hard, but it will happen.
In the meanwhile, whilst your application is still at review stage, contact your MP, meet him, see him. they have a special enquiry unit who can deal with Home Office and get accurate updates.

Hi everyone
Just got email to sumbit passport after appeal overturn They asked me to fill new form Online and new tb test mine still valid

Do I have to do the whole process online form plus the appendix form as well


My tb test still valid Do I have to do new one or just send the valid one

And as I was refused before my plan to get my wife now is after summer if I put date 15 of August the intend travel date
Do they print it valid from this date onward

Not sure about the online form part,I think it is to make payment of the IHS fee,Current certificate is fine if valid, takes 6 to 8 weeks after submitting passport, I got my MP involved, took 3 weeks,

Okay they want me to fill new form Online
They said a 2 copy of it and pay ihs 2 passport size photos
And they say your tb test has expired now you need to do new one

We didn't have to pay the IHS fee as our application was made before it was introduced, so I really can't help you in that department, they asked for a valid Tb certificate and 2 copies of the call in letter, that's all.

I've done it on 28 dec2015 valid for 6 months
Mean 28 June 2016 expired

The eco ask me for valid tb certificate.
My tb certificate is still valid up to 28 June 2016 it state on the certificate

I'm sending my passport on the 3 June

Do I have to do new certificate or just send this valid one and explain to eco officer with quick letter to say it is still valid

well your tb certificate is still valid .. but i think its best for you to submit a new tb test certificate..

How would i withdraw my appeal also do you know how long it takes? i am going to re apply in late june. is it true they are still reviewing the applications from 2015 i.e ECM REVIEW?

yes you have to withdraw your appeal.

That's wrong information. You don't have to withdraw your appeal while making a fresh application.

@ Since June. What is the difference between 20 and 21?
i have started an appeal. i have not received a letter yet however i was told my pack will be sent to the Eco is 3 weeks then the eco has 15 weeks ro reply. the reason for refusal i didnt meet the financial requirement according to thier calculation i want to make a fresh application according to thier calculation.
