Share Capital TIER 1 Extension

Hello Everyone,

I got my visa in July 2013 and I transferred all £50K in August 2013. I was just wondering

1. Do I have to make Share certificate for £50K or £49,999 because the time I registered a business at that time I had 1 share of £1.

2. Do I have to submit two share certificates or only one share certificate ?

I would also be interested to know seniors views/advice on this.

We just made one share certificate for all shares even though they were issued in different amounts in 3 years, accounts show each year shares capital but share certificate is just one covering all.
