ILR postal applications (excluding 10/14 yr.)

Hi all,

We posted my husbands application for ILR (Set M) on 7th May, it arrived on 9th May. We still have not received any correspondence or had payment taken. Has anyone else's taken this long? It seems in most cases payment was taken after a few days.

Nor me ! And also I am in touch with few ppl they haven't heard anything yet but there is a thread which has been started where ppl who r being called for interviews . There are quite a few under tier 1 general category !

I dont know why they are not processing january application I know few people they applied almost same timeline like me and some in beginning of january but all are still waiting not a single person got any reply.
Now the 5th month is begin of my case honestly its quite difficult to wait any more.

I have been a constant visitor of this page atleast 3-4 times a day!!

My timeline: Tier 1 Set(o), me and my dependents.
Applied on Feb 1, Biometrics done in Feb, just recieving those monthly emails and just waiting.

Called Home Office two days back, they saying they working on Feb applications.

I am totally clueless now, people who have applied in Jan still waiting, some people applied in March got the results.

I can think of these possibilities,
1. Because of EU referendum, EU nationals applied for ILR which might have created the backlog.
2. It could be that, applications who required to be called for an interview, still waiting as there is queue for interview appointments(may be another department), who does not require interview are getting processed quickly?

These are just my assumptions, I am getting worried like so many out there.

aditi I think PBS dependent files gets clearance very fast not the tier 1 ( set O ) dependent one..!

Hello, mate your post doesn't look correct at all to me , as two dates you mentioned were holidays, 8 May 2016 was Sunday and 25th March 2016 was good Friday Bank holiday.

So is it correct to go with the assumption that, we bunch of people who have applied in jan and early feb waiting since 4 months for a potential interview?

For me it looks like, people who already got the result in time, either do not visit this page or may not be bother to update their timelines here.

If at all we have been asked to come for an interview, which means HO has some doubt on our application.
Hope that is not the case and we hear some good news soon.

Is there anyone here who has applied in Jan-Feb still waiting for decision and thinks case is straight forward and no self employment history at all what so ever?

hello mate, no there is not any update on my end and still waiting, but I haven't heard any one asked for interview for Tier 1 general, I think there are some not genuine user which belongs to solicitor and accountant they making rumors for interview and tax deceptions to get customers, and writing post which had response under 1 or 2 month, which is completely unrealistic, I have almost 30 friends who had and having their ILR sorted and no one had his\her ILR before 4 months.

I would advise all genuine user not to believe any of the post by user register same day and writing post!
