Hi Everyone,

I need small suggestion from all the expert guys;
I am on "TIER 2 (ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF" Since 16 APR 2010, can I get my OWN Visa If I can get job in Allstate in Belfast ?

What do you mean when you say OWN visa. There is no such visa. Its hard to answer the question unless you are more specific.

Hi mate

Belfast is within UK. If you find a job within the UK, the employer will need to sponsor you for a Tier 2 General visa

Infact as they are now not supporting sponsership so if i can get Visa of m own or Tier 2 Dependent etc or T2 General by some other agency....

(May be I am still not able to clear my question )

Hi

As far as I am aware, the days of you obtaining your own Work visa(Tier 1 General) within the UK are long gone. HO have closed these routes.
You will need your employer to sponsor your visa or you can work with any employer in case you obtain a dependent visa.

Obtaining a Work visa through a third party agency is illegal as far as i am aware

Your oblique reference to "agency" is troubling.

You need to be aware it's illegal to indulge in contracting on a Tier 2 visa.

Have you been taken in and scammed by some dodgy umbrella salesman? Or are you the one out looking?
