flr o biometrics

hi guys i am new so need your help ,

please can you tell me if i skip.1st biometrics will i be issued with a new one , i am trying to stretch time mid july for ilr.. according to my friends who have applied visas they say the ukvi automatically send the new biometric if first one is not given . i know the risk stands , but what is you advise for me . I dont want to get a refusal before mid july i applied in first week april, neither do I want my application to be sent back as invalid.
