Congratulations!

I want to know if any one on the forum has been able to get ILR without "Letter from employer explaining annual holiday and Absences outside the UK "

I switched employer and my previous employer is not cooperating and withholding this letter. Anything else I can do?

Thanks

Hi pythonista,

Sorry to throw a question at your question. I am also in the same situation. I sent an email to previous employer requesting a letter for the ILR application. Not hearing anything from them yet.

I am applying next month, going for in person application in Sheffield. I will be waiting till the end of this week for the reply from previous employer. My chance of getting it is really low (as it is a family run business and it is the wife who is doing the HR issues).

When are you applying? If you are before me, would you be able to let me know how it goes. Mine is coming on 3rd week of June. I will update here if it helps.

thanks,
mmo
