To avoid confusion & jumbled responses, I have moved your question to its own thread (this one).

Your question is still confusing because you had tagged onto a 2 year old thread about returning with an expired card.

However you appear to be asking about travelling out from UK with an expired card.
So the question is: what is the real question here?

Sorry for that I'm new on this website so I did this Mistake.

Q: My EEA2 is expired and I'm travelling to Belgium with my EEA spouse. People are travelling in similar situation which I'm in?

Q: My EEA4 application is in process so I think UK immigration shouldn't have issues is that true?

Q: I traveled a lot usually European immigration never asked me any question when they see my EEA2 permit. I don't know how they consider expired permit. Any ideas?

In principle, if you are a dependent family member of EEA national you can enter UK if travelling with or joining your sponsor in UK.

You can see how IOs and border guards will handle your case in their guidance manual, here:
https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/ ... ndents.pdf
- see section 5.5.1

Ofcourse this assumes an airline will actually let you board (if you are flying). That is another question - and your mileage may vary.
