Child dependent visa switch ICT to T2G

Hi All,
I am now applying for my boys (7 years and 2 years old) to switch from Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Migrant Dependent to Tier 2 General Dependent within UK. Using the new website, there is a question that asks
Are you currently a dependant of a points based migrant?
Can someone tell me what the answer will be? Their current leave of entry is on Tier 2 ICT wef 2014.

Thanks for the super quick response. Last question : Can either of me or my spouse show funds as maintenance for the children; or it has necessarily to be the one who is T2G main applicant.

PS : My wife is not applying for the switch from ICT to T2G dependent right now, its just the kids

Why is your wife not switching? What is her immigration status?

Either can show maintenance.

She is on Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff with leave to remain till 2017. She doesnt want her employer to know about the visa status change because of her office politics - anyways they wont know about me and kids, but if we change her then she will have to tell employer necessarily. She will change after some months though. Thanks for asking
